Ministry of Mercy (MOM) is a charitable institution in Nigeria, caring for and educating orphans, abandoned babies, epileptics, albinos and children with other disabilities. Part of the beauty of MOM is that these children are cared for largely by adults. Most of these adults are hired on the basis of their own disabilities or because they are disenfranchised people who would otherwise struggle for survival in their traditional society.
MOM serves the disadvantaged and shows the love of Christ with actions and words. MOM also provides medicines and formula to families willing to take care of motherless children and epileptic family members. MOM is not supported by the State. Its goal is to become self-sustaining through raising of crops and livestock and through cottage industries. Until funds are received to establish these enterprises, they need some type of income to survive. Your tax deductible gift will help meet their urgent needs.
